I am
an Italian-American and I fallow your recipes section in your website. I like it
because it’s old Italian favorites written in English. It is difficult for us
translate the measurements from Italian to English.
One
of my all time favorites is the pastiera napoletana . I remember back in Italy
long time ago my aunt Tina used to make the best Pastiera napoletana I ever had.
She made it every holiday and I always looked forward for dessert time to have a
slice of it.
My
next favorite recipes are “Biscotti Italian Style” I bake them all the time,
they are easy to make and come out good always. My family likes them with
walnuts and my friends like them with chapped dates.
Either way it’s delicious.
